How much does paragliding in Bir Billing cost?

A Classic tandem joyride starts at ₹3,000 (15–20 minutes). Prime flights are ₹6,000 (45–60 min), Cross-Country XC at ₹15,000 (90+ min), Acrobatic at ₹10,000, and the epic Bir to Manali XC flight at ₹50,000. All prices include video and insurance.

Do I need experience for a paragliding joyride in Bir Billing?

No experience is needed for a tandem joyride. Our expert tandem pilots handle all controls — you simply enjoy the flight. All tandem pilots have a minimum of 10 years flying experience.

What is the best season for paragliding in Bir Billing?

Accepted Answer

The best seasons are March to June (excellent thermals, great for XC) and September to November (competition season, clear skies). Summer monsoon (July–August) limits flying days. Winter (December–February) is cold with limited thermal activity.

How long is the P1+P2 beginner paragliding course?

The P1+P2 Basic Course is 7 days and costs ₹25,000. It covers ground school, forward and Alpine launch, glider control, safe takeoff and landing, S-turns, U-turns, and results in APPI P1+P2 certification.
